Filipino Yacht Crew web based site allows qualified Filipino applicants to submit their resume and credentials to be reviewed by yachts needing qualified crew for hire. At no time does Filipino Yacht Crew charge any Filipino applicant for any fees associated with employment. Filipino Yacht Crew at no time negotiates any terms of an employment contract for either party, our service is only to provide a website for qualified Filipino applicants and yachts seeking to direct hire qualified Filipino crew to exchange information for the sole purpose of employment. Yachts hiring Filipino applicants are acting on their own behalf and are no way advised by us on negotiating an employment contract.

Filipino Yacht Crew is a website that provides information supplied by different resources, mostly government agencies, which are deemed reliable. Filipino applicants using our website are using it by their own free will and have not been coerced or promised any position with a yacht, it is only a means of getting their application known to yachts who employ directly. All actions by a Filipino applicant hired are done so by their own free will and will submit all proper documentation of their qualifications directly to the hiring yacht. Filipino applicants hired by a yacht will register with the POEA and submit the proper documentation in order to be processed and issued a Transit visa on their own free will, without being coerced or tempted by anyone or terms except by those in their employment contract with the employing yacht.

Filipino Yacht Crew website information submitted will be kept in the utmost confidentiality, at no time will we release information other than Filipino applicants who submit their information, we will relay qualified applicants information to yachts seeking to employ qualified Filipino applicants. Filipino Yacht Crew will at the best of its ability verifies all information submitted to its website, requiring all parties to submit scanned documents requested by us in order to confirm its authenticity.

Any applicant or member submitting false information, forged documents, altered documents, counterfeit documents or any document which is not legitimate or authentic will be permanently banned from Filipino Yacht Crew website and no refund issued.

We do not give out any information of our members what so ever. We regard our clients with the utmost confidentiality and will constantly take precautions to guard the information contained on our servers by advanced protection systems within our servers.
